Under authorised access provisions, your name and address may be obtained from the Motor Vehicle Register. This access is permitted under a relevant Gazette notice, which allows us to obtain this information for specific, approved purposes.

If you do not wish for your name and address to be made available under these authorisations, you have the right to notify the Registrar.
